Frequently Asked Questions

1. How to Place an Order?

Just go through the shop and any items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart.  When you are finished you can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon and then complete the checkout process.  

2. How can I check my order status?

If you registered as a user during the checkout of your purchase you can check the order status by clicking the My Account link.  From there you can check your order status.

3. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

When you place your order you should receive and order confirmation email.  If you didn’t receive this email, please Contact Us

1. What are the available payment methods?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

2. Are there any hidden charges on any purchase at your store

No.  Besides your product, the only other charges are for shipping and taxes for your Province

1. Why I am unable to login?

You may be entering the wrong username or password.  You can try doing a password reset.  If that doesn’t work, use the Contact Page to get a hold of us to try and fix the problem

2. Is registration necessary to place an order?

 Registration is not necessary but it is encouraged.  Registered users have an area where you can see your order status as well as check out past purchases.

3. Can I update my personal information in my profile?

Yes you can and it’s pretty easy.  Just click My Account or Sign In.  Once you are signed in click the Update Info button to be able to make changes.

4. What should I do if I have trouble with logging in?

1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will be given a tracking number.  You can check the status of your order in the My Accounts area.

2. Are there any shipping fees associated with all the products?

We try to keep it as simple as possible.  $10 anywhere in Canada and $15 for the United States.  All orders will ship with tracking numbers.

3. How are my orders shipped?

Orders will usually ship in 2 business days with Canada Post.  You will receive a tracking number once your product has shipped. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

If you are outside Canada or the United States and would like to place an order, please use the Contact Page, and send a message.

5. What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are shipped out of Paris, Ontario.  If you are outside of Ontario you can expect about 5-7 business days.  If you are in Ontario, expect your order a little sooner.  There may be hold ups at the border for any U.S. orders that we can’t be responsible for.

1. Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped you may ask for a refund.  Use the Contact page and provide your order details and we’ll sort it out.

2. I've still not received the refund to my bank account, credit card, etc. Why?

Sometimes bank transactions take more time than we like.  If you feel like a refund is taking way too much time get a hold of us through the Contact page and we’ll give you an update as best we can.

3. What are your refund policies?

Refunds will only be given for orders that haven’t shipped.

4. What are the different modes of refund available?

Refunded orders will go back on the same method of payment as was used on the original order.
